We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and supportive primary school team from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the academic year, primarily supporting pupils across Years 3 to 5. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences, supporting class teachers and leading whole-class lessons when required.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience.
- Have experience working within a primary school setting.
- Be confident leading whole-class teaching and learning.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude.
