TP Tutors is recruiting tutors to deliver meaningful, face‑to‑face support to learners in Skelmersdale (WN8) who need extra help with their education. Every learner is different. Some may need support to catch up with missed learning, others may be working outside mainstream settings, and many benefit from a tailored, encouraging approach.
As a General Tutor, you’ll work one‑to‑one with young people to deliver structured tuition in core subject areas such as Maths, English and Science. This role is not just about teaching content — it’s about creating a positive learning experience that helps pupils build confidence, engage with learning, and make progress towards their goals. You will plan and deliver personalised sessions that reflect each learner’s strengths and areas for development, adapting your teaching style to meet individual needs. This role provides an opportunity to see real progress over time and provide the kind of focused support that makes a tangible difference.
