Site Supervisor Blackburn Full-Time | 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday All Year Round Position 12-Week Temp to Perm Contract We are seeking to appoint an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join a school in Blackburn. This is a full-time, all year round position, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role following an initial 12-week temporary period. The successful candidate will have previous hands-on experience in painting and decorating, repairs, and general building maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring the school site is maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the school site Painting and decorating as required Conducting routine site inspections and reporting any issues Ensuring the premises remain safe, secure, and well-presented Liaising with contractors and supporting site operations when needed Requirements: Previous experience in painting and decorating Experience carrying out general repairs and building maintenance A proactive and practical approach to work Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong understanding of health and safety practices The Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm All year round position (not term time only) 12-week temp to perm contract Immediate start available Interested, or know someone who may be suitable?
