TP Tutors is recruiting SEN Tutors to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition across Sherborne and surrounding areas. We support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and learners who require additional support to re-engage with education. Contract Type: Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities
Pay: £25–£30 per hour (inclusive of statutory holiday pay)

As an SEN Tutor, you will:
- Deliver personalised one-to-one tuition tailored to individual learner needs
- Plan engaging lessons that support academic progress and personal development
- Adapt your teaching approach to maximise learner engagement
- Build learners' confidence, independence, and resilience
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate session records
- Develop positive, supportive relationships with learners, families, and education professionals
Experience required:
- Working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
- Background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, teaching assistance, or education support
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
- Ability to travel across Sherborne and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and organisational skills
