We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis, working across the Surrey area. This role is suitable for teachers with either Primary or Secondary experience who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs.

The Role

You will be working closely with students who have complex needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support academic progress, communication, independence, and personal development. The role also involves close collaboration with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure each pupil receives a holistic and inclusive education.

The Ideal Candidate
