Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join specialist schools across Sheffield. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your role may involve supporting pupils with:

  • Autism (ASC) - providing structure and communication support
  • ADHD - helping pupils stay engaged and focused

  • Learning difficulties (MLD/PMLD) - adapting learning to meet individual needs
  • Mental health needs (SEMH) - building trust and emotional resilience
