Job Description SEN Teaching Assistant Adverts SEN Teaching Assistant We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Salary: Competitive Rate Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Support pupils with personal care and mobility where required. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential). Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and constructive manner. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous.
