Are you passionate about helping students grow and succeed? We are seeking warm, caring and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join one of the multiple settings we have across Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
About the Role:
- Can support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Helps create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Will be able to provide 1-1 support to students where needed, including those with special educational needs (SEN)
- Helps maintain the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school holds
- Will always support students in activities or interventions, building confidence and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Support Teaching and Learning (higher qualifications is an advantage)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently while keeping a positive attitude
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with children in an education setting and has a genuine interest in child development and learning
