Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to work in welcoming and supportive schools across North Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced education professionals looking for an immediate start or a position from September 2026. We are looking for confident and adaptable HLTAs who can support teaching and learning, deliver interventions, and confidently lead classes when required.
The Role
- Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom environment
- Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
- Leading whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher when required
- Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development

Requirements
- To be considered for this role, applicants should have relevant HLTA experience or hold an HLTA qualification.
