Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across a range of primary and secondary schools. This role is ideal for a passionate education professional looking to make a positive impact while benefiting from flexible and rewarding work.
The Role
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH or additional learning needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Monitor and record pupil progress where required
