Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teachers to work in welcoming and supportive primary schools across North Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators looking for an immediate start or a position from September 2026.
We are looking for teachers who can inspire, engage, and support pupils throughout Key Stage 2, creating positive and inclusive learning environments where children can thrive academically and personally.
The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development
- Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on pupil achievement
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, school staff, and parents/carers
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, engagement, and safeguarding
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Please note: Only fully qualified teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will be considered for this position. Applications from unqualified teachers or candidates without QTS will not be accepted.
Successful candidates will ideally have:
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (including placements for ECTs)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
