If you're passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities.
  • Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, nursery practitioners, support staff, children, and parents.
  • Support daily routines, classroom activities, and personal care where required.
  • Promote children's social, emotional, and physical development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and independence.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, childcare setting, or primary school .
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, positive, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
