Teaching Personnel Sheffield is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a wide network of secondary schools throughout Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Worksop, Chesterfield, and the Hope Valley. Whether you are an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with experience working with young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying flexible work and competitive rates of pay.
The Role
- Delivering pre-set lesson materials
- Supervising classes across a variety of secondary subjects

Who We're Looking For
- Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor
- Hold a UK-recognised degree and are interested in a career in education
- Have experience working with young people through coaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or similar roles
- Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Are able to travel to schools across South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas
The ability to build positive relationships with students while maintaining high expectations is essential.
