Calling all Primary ECTs. Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to dive into your career in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking new people to join one of the multiple settings across Sheffield.

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

- Can plan and create an engaging, inclusive and creative learning environment
- Has a strong understanding of a primary curriculum
- Maintains the high expectations for learning and behaviour that the school hold
- Assesses and monitors student progression while providing feedback to support and help them achieve goals
- Participates in staff meetings, professional development and school events
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the primary curriculum
- Foster an inclusive learning environment and positive behaviour management
- Differentiates to meet diverse pupil needs and monitor progress
Qualifications
- Hold a QTS qualification
- Preferred experience in a KS1/KS2 environment
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- A willingness to support pupils with additional needs when required
