Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Sheffield on a part-time basis, working two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons, helping learners develop their understanding of the business world and prepare for future academic and career opportunities.
- Teach Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5 (where applicable).
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress and attainment.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the success of the department and wider school community.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.
Requirements:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary school or college setting.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
- Possesses excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Can motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
