Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming school to recruit an Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the school office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment.

The Role:

  • Providing general administrative support to the school office
  • Managing attendance records, registers, and pupil data
  • Handling calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
  • Supporting admissions, correspondence, and filing
  • Using the school’s Management Information System (Bromcom) to maintain accurate records
  • Supporting staff, pupils, and parents with administrative queries

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable)
  • Experience using Bromcom is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A professional and approachable manner
