Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming school to recruit an Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the school office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment.
The Role:
- Providing general administrative support to the school office
- Managing attendance records, registers, and pupil data
- Handling calls, emails, and visitor enquiries professionally
- Supporting admissions, correspondence, and filing
- Using the school’s Management Information System (Bromcom) to maintain accurate records
- Supporting staff, pupils, and parents with administrative queries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience desirable)
- Experience using Bromcom is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and approachable manner
