We are seeking a proactive Senior Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting learners with complex educational, communication and social–emotional needs. You will work alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging learning activities, encourage independence and help create an environment where every pupil can flourish.
