Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision in a specialist SEN school in Birmingham. You will oversee EHCP reviews, plan interventions, and work with teachers, parents and external professionals to raise outcomes for children and young people with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS, be working towards the National SENCO Qualification, and bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to a pupil-centred, inclusive environment.
