Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent who are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, and learning difficulties, on a 1:1 and small group basis. The school has a strong support network and a fantastic SENCO in place, making it a great environment for both experienced TAs and those looking to build experience in SEND.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans
  • Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social development
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred)
