We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Support Mentors to work within SEN schools across Dorchester from September 2026. This is a rewarding full-time opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs in a nurturing educational environment.

Experience working with children or young people is desirable. Candidates should have a patient, adaptable, and caring nature, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, long-term position with competitive weekly pay and ongoing training and development.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, and the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
