I'm a Recruitment Consultant with a background in SEND education, and I work closely with specialist schools across East Sussex supporting them with both teaching and support staff recruitment. One thing I hear time and time again from educators is that finding the right setting can be difficult. Every school is different, every cohort is different, and not every environment suits every educator. - Teaching roles paid to scale
- TA / LSA roles paid at £92.60 per day
- Child-only enhanced DBS on the Update Service required
