Are you an experienced and compassionate SEND School Administrator looking for flexible work across specialist and SEND schools in Wimbledon and the surrounding South West London areas? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of SEND and specialist provisions who are seeking knowledgeable, organised administrators to provide short-term, day-to-day, and long-term cover. These roles are vital in supporting pupils, families, and staff, and require a strong understanding of SEND processes and confidentiality.
About the Role
- Providing administrative support within SEND or specialist school settings
- Acting as a key point of contact for parents, carers, external professionals, and staff
- Supporting EHCP processes, annual reviews, referrals, and SEND documentation
- Managing reception duties, phone calls, emails
- Maintaining accurate pupil records, data entry, and confidential files
- Using school systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom (experience preferred)
- Roles available across Wimbledon, Merton, Kingston, Sutton, and surrounding areas
- Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities
- Ideal for candidates open to early-morning (7am) calls for same-day cover

- Previous experience as a SEND or school administrator
- Strong knowledge of SEND processes, EHCPs, annual reviews, and multi-agency working
- Confident communicating with parents, carers, and professionals in sensitive situations
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Calm, professional, and supportive approach in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and reliability, including availability for last-minute bookings
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
