Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
- Forest school or outdoor learning experience is highly desirable
- A patient, energetic, and resilient approach to supporting learning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
