SEN Teaching Assistants Required – Staffordshire Schools
Location - Stone (ST15)
Salary - £95.00 - £125.00 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date - September 2026
Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs? We are working with schools across Staffordshire who are seeking dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
The role will involve:
- Supporting pupils with their learning, confidence, and independence
- Helping children access classroom activities
- Working alongside teachers and SEN staff to provide personalised support
- Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs
You may support children with:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- Complex learning needs
- Speech and language difficulties
- SEMH needs
We are looking for candidates who are:
