SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Rawtenstall Pay: £12.90 – £13.50 p/h Contract: Monday – Friday; 8:50am – 3:30pm. Role: Supporting students aged 4-18 years with additional needs. The provision The provision caters for pupils aged 4 – 18 years with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities and who have an Educational Health Care Plan in place. The provision aims to  equip the pupils with the skills to be fully included in their own community. Responsibilities –          Provide one-on-one and small group support tailored to individual students' learning needs and abilities. –          Help students with disabilities or additional needs access course materials and activities. –          Encourage positive interactions between students to foster inclusivity. –          Support students in learning how to use these tools effectively to improve their learning experiences.
