Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join vibrant primary schools across the Spalding area.

Role Highlights:

  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, etc.)
  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive and caring attitude
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
