Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant!
Location: Kettering
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Term time only)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 1:1 or group support to SEN pupils to boost their learning and confidence
- Assisting teachers with engaging classroom activities
- Supporting pupils during lessons, breaks, and lunchtimes
- Helping maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment
What We’re Looking For
- Passion and patience to work with children who have SEN (experience is a plus, but not essential!)
- A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to obtain or hold an Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged for you)
- Permanent UK residency
