About the Role
As an SEN Teacher specialising in Maths and Science, you will work with learners aged 7-19 in small group and 1:1 settings, delivering an engaging and flexible curriculum across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work closely with Lead Teachers to create innovative, multi-sensory learning experiences tailored to each learner's individual needs, interests and aspirations. The role focuses on building confidence, increasing engagement and supporting learners to progress academically, socially and emotionally, while ensuring their wellbeing, safety and inclusion remain central to all practice.
