Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting passionate Supply SEN Teachers to support a variety of schools across [Insert Region/City], including mainstream settings with specialist provision and dedicated special schools. About the Role:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and/or creating tailored content for pupils with additional needs.

  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment.
  • Working collaboratively with support staff and school leadership to ensure continuity for pupils.
  • Assignments may vary in length from day-to-day cover to long-term placements.

We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with pupils with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD).
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, student-centered approach.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
