What Youâll Do
⢠Offering personalised 1:1 and small-group support , tailored to each pupilâs individual needs
⢠Moving between classes and age groups with confidence and adaptability
⢠Using effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
⢠Assisting with personal care, mobility, and sensory regulation where required
⢠Encouraging emotional wellbeing, engagement, and independence
⢠Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a safe, consistent, and inclusive learning environment

âď¸ Requirements (or willingness to obtain at your own cost)
To demonstrate your commitment to working in education, you must either hold or be prepared to apply for the following:
- Must be 18 or over
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
- Level 2 Safeguarding training
- At least two professional references covering 24 months of employment
