Join Our Team as an SEN Teacher! Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils in both primary and secondary specialist SEN schools in and around Milton Keynes, with opportunities extending to Aylesbury for those happy to travel.

The Role

No two days are the same! You’ll be leading engaging lessons tailored to meet a wide range of special educational needs, helping students thrive both academically and personally. This is a hands-on, highly rewarding role where your support and creativity truly matter.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN or a background in support/care work
  • A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs
  • Willingness to assist with personal care when required
  • Flexibility to work across different school settings
  • Available for part-time or full-time work

Requirements

  • An enhanced DBS (child or child & adult workforce) on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent preferred)
  • Ability to travel within Milton Keynes and to Aylesbury if needed
