Join Our Team Supporting SEN Schools in Swindon! Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Swindon.

We are currently recruiting for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
  • Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)

Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed

Contract: Flexible roles - long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available

About the Schools & Students: You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5-18 with a range of additional needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
  • Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
  • ADHD and associated behavioural needs
  • Sensory processing difficulties
