SEN Primary Classroom Support Assistant Full-Time | September Start | Primary School Setting Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in the classroom?

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Primary Classroom Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school from September.

In this rewarding role, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Needs (SLCN, and learning difficulties.

Working closely with the class teacher, you ll play a key role in helping children access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual goals.

Your Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN.

Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.

Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence.

Support pupils communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing.

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

What We re Looking For Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential.

A patient, proactive, and caring approach.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
