Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school in North Liverpool to recruit SEN Teaching Assistants for the September 2026 start. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and inclusive school environment.

We are looking for dedicated, resilient, and compassionate individuals to support students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and learning difficulties.

The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
  • Help to adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning requirements
  • Support students with behavioural and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
