We are looking for passionate, patient, and empathetic SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team starting this September. You will be supporting brilliant primary school pupils with additional needs across Northampton and the surrounding areas. We are only looking for candidates seeking long-term stability—every single one of our positions is either Straight Permanent from day one or a guaranteed Temp-to-Perm pathway.

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Location: Northampton
  • Pay: £93 – £110 per day (Paid weekly)
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 4 PM | Monday to Friday (Term Time Only – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and school holidays!)
  • Contract: Straight Permanent & Temp-to-Perm opportunities only
