Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated
SEN Hub Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Hartlepool this September.
This rewarding role involves working within the school's specialist SEN Hub, delivering tailored learning opportunities and providing support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.
The successful candidate will create an inclusive and engaging environment that enables every child to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
The Role
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
- Support pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD and communication needs.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs and parents to support pupil progress.
- Monitor, assess and adapt learning strategies to ensure positive outcomes.
We're looking for candidates with
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a primary setting.
- Knowledge or experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- A patient, adaptable and child-centred approach to teaching.
