A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint an experienced SEN HLTA to support pupils across the school. You’ll play a key role delivering small group interventions, providing targeted 1:1 support, and helping pupils access learning in a positive and structured environment. Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver focused intervention sessions to small groups of pupils
- Provide tailored 1:1 support for children with additional needs

- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning across the classroom
Essential Job Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND
- Confidence leading interventions and independent support sessions

- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience desirable
