Start Date: September 2026

Salary: £92–£105 per day

Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday (Term Time Only)

About the Role

As an SEN Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access learning and reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher with teaching assistant duties
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Assisting with behaviour management strategies
  • Delivering sensory support and interventions
  • Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including communication and social development
  • Providing personal care, where required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
