We are seeking a confident and compassionate SEN Cover Supervisor to join a special needs school in Carlisle supporting students with autism, communication needs, dyslexia, and anxiety-related barriers to learning.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the teacher
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
- Provide individual and small group support to students with SEN
- Support behaviour management in line with school policies
- Encourage positive engagement and participation in learning
