We are looking for a caring, committed, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our lovely mainstream primary schools in the BH7 area this September. This full-time role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a wonderful Year 2 child, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and enjoy a positive and successful school experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis
- A patient, nurturing, and positive approach
- The ability to build a strong and trusting relationship with a child
- A genuine commitment to being in the role consistently and making a real difference throughout the school year
- A willingness to fully engage with our vetting and compliance process, including providing references and required documentation promptly
