We are seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to making a positive impact on children\'s education and development.
- Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Key Stage: 2
- Location: Lincolnshire
Responsibilities:
- Build nurturing and positive relationships with children through a calm approach.
- Communicate regularly with families and carers to provide feedback on children\'s progress.
- Support all children, including those with additional needs.
- Facilitate small intervention groups and deliver Phonics sessions for Key Stage 1/2.
- Collaborate with the Class Teacher and other professionals to enhance children\'s learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and utilise positive behaviour management strategies.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and fun learning environment.
- Participate in school and community events and activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
