Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Guildford that supports children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic school setting that provides tailored education to pupils with additional behavioural and emotional needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, while supporting their academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students across Key Stages
- Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised learning plans
- Helping students regulate behaviour and build positive relationships
