Teaching Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils in a Primary & Secondary SEMH provision in Blackburn. The role is temporary to permanent, starting September 2026, and hours are term-time only.

You will support pupils with SEMH needs and work closely with staff to create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes emotional regulation and learning progress. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH/SEND, trauma-informed practice, and excellent communication
