Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Tameside from September. This is a full-time, term-time only role supporting secondary-aged pupils with emotional, behavioural and pastoral needs to help them engage with learning.
You will build positive relationships, support behaviour and emotional regulation, deliver 1:1 and small group interventions, and work with teachers to create a safe, structured environment where every pupil can thrive.
