Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Tameside from September.
This role focuses on supporting secondary pupils with SEMH and behaviour needs, delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to help them engage and progress.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies, create a safe and inclusive learning environment, and help pupils re-engage with education.
