The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS3 and KS4 within your subject specialism or through general classroom cover
- Support pupils’ academic progress, engagement, and wellbeing
- Adapt confidently to new school environments, teaching styles, and pupil needs
- Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
- Maintain regular communication with your Teaching Personnel consultant
- Create inclusive lessons for learners of all abilities, including pupils with ALN such as ADHD, SEMH, ASC
