Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare thoughtful questions about the nursery's approach to child development, team dynamics, or how they support staff training. This shows you’re engaged and serious about finding the right fit for both you and them.

Be Ready for Practical Scenarios

Expect to be asked about real-life scenarios you might face in the nursery. Think about how you would handle various situations, like managing behaviour or creating a safe environment. Practising these responses can help you feel more confident during the interview.
