We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join one of our secondary schools on a permanent basis from the start of the new academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for consistent part‑time hours in a school environment.
The Role
As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students and staff. Duties will include:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Replenishing cleaning supplies where required
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the school
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, punctual, and trustworthy individual
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
