Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and SEN schools across the Sapcote area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support children with additional needs (where required)
- Promote confidence, independence, and progress
Qualifications
- Experience working with children (school-based preferred)
- A caring, patient, and reliable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting learning
- Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
