Are you ready to take the next step in your education career? We’re looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic SEN/PRU Primary School in Salisbury. As an HLTA, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored learning experiences, supporting pupils aged 4–11 with a range of needs including ADHD, ASD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and other behavioural challenges. You’ll work closely with teachers, lead small group interventions, and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and positive learning atmosphere.
